Cookies

Information You Supply
When you activate your Membership, you're asked questions about your vacation preferences and types of vacation activities that interest you. The more you tell us about yourself, the better we can provide service that meets your needs. We maintain this information to send you e-mail offers and to let you know when vacations are available that fit your preferences. If you do not want to receive this type of information, simply decline the option for the e-mails at the time you activate your Membership, or contact us at any time.
IP Address
Our web servers automatically collect limited information about your computer's connection to the Internet, including your IP address, when you visit our site. Your IP address is a number that lets computers attached to the Internet know where to send you data - such as web pages you view. Your IP address does not identify you personally. We use this information to deliver our web pages to you upon request, to tailor our site to the interests of our users and to measure traffic within our sites. IP addresses gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
Sharing with Business Partners
We share aggregated information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any person or individual computer. Like all businesses accepting credit cards, we use a credit card processing company to handle credit card transactions. We use a fulfillment company, Our Vacation Center, to handle ticketing and other travel details. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.
Password Protected Areas of the Website
To use the OurVacationClub web site, you must enter your Member ID. OurVacationClub is a private club; our prices are not available to the general public.
Security
We use SSL encryption - the industry standard - to protect sensitive information such as credit card numbers. All of your credit card information is kept on a secured server for maximum security. Your credit card and billing information is sent in an encrypted form and cannot be read over the Internet. Once we receive your credit card information, we store it on a server that is inaccessible from the Internet.
All credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution, which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions. You are welcome to call in your credit card information and complete your purchase by phone if you feel more comfortable doing so.

OurVacationClub offers visitors numerous ways to interact with other visitors and with Our Vacation Store, Inc. and its third party providers. We encourage honest, beneficial and educational exchanges that relate to vacations. We value your participation to enhance everyone's experience while on the website. We ask that you maintain this standard of conduct. You may not submit or post offensive material, or material that infringes on the rights of others. You May Not Post Submissions Which:

Policies Relating to Content and Discussion Areas
Lawful Use
All interactive areas shall be used for only lawful purposes. Material that won't be posted includes material that violates the rights of others, is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invades the privacy or publicity rights of others; or is vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent, or otherwise objectionable, or encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offense, encourages or results in civil liability. Conduct that restricts or inhibits others from enjoying the site will not be posted or transmitted.
No Solicitation
Users may not advertise or solicit business by posting or transmitting information on or through OurVacationClub.
OurVacationClub Right to Use Material Submitted
Each user posting material on the interactive discussion areas, or submitting information through e-mail, or in any other way communicating on or through the site, grants OurVacationClub and Our Vacation Store, Inc. a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such material. In addition, OurVacationClub and Our Vacation Store, Inc. may incorporate any of the above in other works, in any form media or technology known or later developed.
Provide Accurate Identification
All individuals using OurVacationClub discussion areas, or any other interactive areas, must provide OurVacationClub their name and e-mail address. It is the user's responsibility to update this information in the event it changes.
Users may not:

OurVacationClub has the right, in its sole discretion, to edit, refuse to post or remove any material submitted or posted on the web site. OurVacationClub has the right to remove any material OurVacationClub finds is in violation of any provisions of the policies of the web site or objectionable. Each visitor and participant in the discussion areas is solely responsible for their content, information or e-mail submissions. Each visitor acknowledges and agrees that neither OurVacationClub or any third party content provider assumes any responsibility or has any liability for any actions, or lack of action, by, Our Vacation Store, Inc. or third party content provider for any conduct, communication or posting on the website.

The disclaimers of liability apply to damages or injury caused by any performance failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alteration, whether the damage relates to breach of contract, tortuous acts, negligence or any other cause of action. Each visitor to OurVacationClub acknowledges that Our Vacation Store, Inc. is not liable for defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of third parties, including visitors to the web site. The risk of any of the above rests entirely with each user of the website. Our Vacation Store, Inc. and any individual or entity involved in creating, producing, or distributing any content or information on OurVacationClub, are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use or the inability to use OurVacationClub or from the breach of any warranty.
No Endorsement of Content
Our Vacation Store, Inc. does not endorse, nor is it responsible for, the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement on OurVacationClub. OurVacationClub works with a variety of authors, artists and photographers to develop the information you see and read. All of these materials are the property of Our Vacation Store, Inc. and the individual contributors. To reproduce any of this material, you must have the written permission of Our Vacation Store, Inc. Our Vacation Store, Inc. owns a copyright of the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, including original content.
